The guest can reach the restaurants Genatsvale, Antarain Dzayner, Koozh, and the cafeteria Jazzve in a couple of minutes. Close to the building are the fast food Shawarma, Tashir Pizza, a Candy shop, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and so on. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to stay comfortably.

Rented an apartment with one room next to the Persian Mosque in the centre of Yerevan, 5 minute-walk from the Republic Square. The apartment is situated on the third floor of 4 grounded building. The height of the ceiling is 3.20 meters.
