Walking/cycling to trails and downtown. Private entrance with keypad entry. The sunny suite is a garden level walkout with fully equipped kitchen. Living room is equipped with a fold down queen sofa bed (suitable for one adult) and smart tv. 1 spacious bedroom with luxurious king bed and high quality linens.

Spacious basement suite with SHARED POOL in the sunny Okanagan. The solar heated salt water pool is open from Victoria Day to Labour Day, weather permitting. We use the pool on hot days for 1.5 hours around 3:30 pm. It is 2 bedroom/2 bath with full kitchen, laundry and dishwasher. Outdoors, enjoy your own BBQ and patio. The suite is has its own heating, A/C and thermostat. There is a gas fireplace in the living room. There is an electric car charger and a playground across the street.
