Il est proche de la vielle ville de Conflans avec tous les commerces à proximité. Des parkings sont disponibles en face sur les quais. L’échelle d'accès au lit de la mezzanine est assez étroite et nécessite une certaine souplesse, il n'y a pas de barrières elle n'est pas adaptée aux jeunes enfants.
