The Tiger Den is a one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment located between Anderson and Pendleton, South Carolina about six miles from I-85. We are 13 miles from Clemson's Memorial Stadium for Clemson football. We are a hop, skip, and a jump to Lake Hartwell, 6 miles to Brown Road Boat Ramp and 13 miles from Portman Marina for your fishing and boating needs. We are also 8 miles from downtown Pendleton, SC and 11 miles from downtown Anderson, SC both have local restaurants and shopping.

Efficiency apartment located one block from Historic Pendleton Village Green. Walk to dining, shopping & Historic Sites. Three miles to Clemson University & T. Ed Garrison Arena . Renovated space with King Size Bed, kitchenette, bath, & living area with Dish TV and 5G internet. Apartment is behind historic home where owners reside. Parking is available. The Hideaway

Come relax in a peaceful getaway located in the quiet countryside of Abbeville. We are the first house on a dead-end road that lends itself to beautiful sunrise/sunset walks to enjoy the fresh air. Historic downtown Abbeville is 5 miles away and we are only a short 10 minute drive from Erskine College/Due West. Our apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, plenty of closet space, a comfortable living room area, and a private patio. The space is all one level - there are no stairs.

Tucked Away in Downtown Anderson

Located right in the heart of Anderson but nestled on a cul de sac surrounded by nature. In less than a mile you can walk or drive to downtown, Anderson University or Rocky River Nature Park. The yard is a slice of heaven and I hope you rest and enjoy it as much as I do. The apartment is the downstairs of my home but completely private with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor patio and parking area. Downtown Anderson has lots of good restaurants and shopping to enjoy while here.

Sports Basement

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Just 5 minutes to Lake Hartwell and 20 minutes to Clemson University. We are a sports family that now has become empty nesters. Come enjoy our basement with private entrance from outside. Enjoy Bar, ping pong, shuffle board, darts and a great retro arcade game with all the 80’s classics!! Step outside and enjoy the deck with TV and fire pit. If staying during summer enjoy the pool. Perfect for Clemson games!

Lake Hartwell - Hartwell Villa 8A

Wake up to the beauty of being right on the Lake. Great get-a-way for a wedding, Clemson football, time with family or personal retreat. Water is 100 feet away from porch. Take advantage of the courtesy dock for a jet ski or boat. Put your boat in at Saddlers Creek State Park and enjoy the park’s bike and walking trails. There are great restaurants nearby as well as shopping and more. We are 20min from Hartwell GA, 25 min to Anderson University, and 30min from Clemson University.
