This is a stand alone structure about 35ft from main house. Completion date was May20th starting operations 05/25/2022 thru Oct 15th. Photos are very current with grass and rock designs for a fully fenced yard. This cabin is very classy rustic appeal. Wood works are from bettle kill Alaska spruce. Tim & I. built it.ll

Has a king bed, plus a sofa sleeper, washer and dryer, and a kitchen with daily essentials. All the things you need for a quiet, quick and easy stay. You are close to anything and everything. It is centrally located and it’s also near Kincaid Park, all shopping centers, and minutes away from downtown Anchorage.

Upstairs you can spread out on the king bed and our main floor bedroom has a queen. For larger groups there is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room and the cabin is fully furnished & equipped for cooking needs.
