It is cozy and includes everything that you need for a comfortable stay: a king-size bed, a dinette, Netflix TV, bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, stove and Heater/AC. Pet and smoking are not allowed.

The tiny home has a comfortable 400+ sf deck that overlooks the rows of grapes, raspberries, seasonal veggies, chicken coop and a small orchard on site. The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space. Quiet Neighborhood with Vineyards in walking distance. Access through our Private Courtyard which is shared with our home. We are a reasonable accommodation definitely worth the value. Suite is attached and includes extra space to relax and work. This tiny cozy Airbnb features a ceiling height of 6'8", while the main room offers a more spacious 8-foot ceiling. Taller guests should note that the door to the room is lower than standard height—please watch your head when entering!
