Great restaurants nearby and 2 grocery stores just down the street.

Sundance Streamside Cozy Two Bedroom Hot Tub Cabin

Enjoy the smell of pine trees, fresh air, and the sound of the provo river rushing only a few feet from the large front balcony. Our intimate 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin is perfectly sized for a couples retreat or family vacation to the Conde Nast award-winning resort. Bedroom 1 includes a king size bed and bedroom 2 a queen size bed. The living area is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen features quality appliances and granite countertops. Cooking ware, dishes, and utensils provided.

The Pickleball Manor

Our cozy 1,400 sq.ft suite, at the foot of the Wasatch Mountain range, is excellent for business travel, vacations, and exploring the magnificent great outdoors of Utah. We also have all things pickleball! We have 2 courts with lights and over 200 demo paddles four gusts to use. This full apartment basement suite is beneath the main floor of our home. We do have young children however, we do our best to ensure guests enjoy a peaceful stay and guarantee quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

This new modernized apartment comes with a huge Gym, Pool (pool is CLOSED for the winter season, it opens up again in May), Hot Tub (open all year round), Luxury Clubhouse w/ a Pool Table and Shuffle Board, BBQ Grills, Firepits, Pickle Ball Courts, Designated Workspace with High Speed WiFi, AND a Full Kitchen that comes fully stocked w/ cookware, utensils, coffee, and other kitchen essentials. This is a private entry finished basement with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living room. A shared (with host only)patio, hot tub and laundry room. Enjoy the convenience of being close to multiple shops, stores and food in the heart of Herriman with quick access to Mountain View Village. Also close to numerous trails for walking, hiking, biking and running! No Smoking Allowed anywhere on the property! No Smokers as the residue still ends up in our home.

You will love the comfortable beds with soft pillows, the comfy couch and nice finishes. Kitchen has basic utensils, dishes, microwave and coffee maker. There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. Close to stores and the beautiful outdoors.
