The Outhouse - Ground Floor Studio (Entire place)

The 'Outhouse' is a ground floor self contained studio which has been lovingly renovated and opened to our first guests in December 2019. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. The studio is divided into a shower room, kitchen with the living area and bedroom in one open plan space. The Outhouse sleeps 2 people in a double bed, with the benefit of air-con during the hot summer months.

Historic Victorian 3 Bed 4 Bath Flat ~Matlock Bath

A cosy and relaxing "home from home" stay awaits you at this centrally located Victorian property in the historic and quirky town of Matlock Bath, where you'll be greeted with breath taking views across the Derbyshire Dales. Our property comes supplied with everything from board games, books, Netflix, dvds, games console to baking equipment should the mood take you. There are several cafes, pubs and restaurants to choose from aswell as entertainment to keep you amused all in walking distance.

The Red Door Flat

This studio flat is in the same building like our other listing. Totally separated from main house with a modern kitchenette, a comfy double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Ideal for an individual or for a couple to have a nice short stay. It has a smart TV, wi-fi, central heating, micro,fridge, toaster and kettle. Has not got oven, hob, freezer, washer and dishwasher. Unfortunately not suitable for babies or children to stay. There is a roundabout almost in front.

Hounds Gate Court is a two-bedroom, ground floor apartment set back from one of Nottingham city centre's quieter streets within a gated development. The Conkers is in the picturesque Hamlet of Moorwood Moor on of the edge of the Peak District. There are many walks from the door and 150 yards along the lane is The White Hart Inn where you will experience good food or just enjoy a well-deserved glass of wine. The Conkers delightful garden and orchard area provides a lovely spot for a relaxing drink, or perhaps some alfresco dining after a busy day exploring. There is ample off road secure parking behind automated gates.

The View is a luxury apartment with a modern twist

The View is a stylish georgian ground floor apartment in the heart of this inland seaside resort that is Matlock Bath. All on one level and open plan, everything you could need for a luxury getaway. Close to great pubs restaurants and attractions, and only a short walk to the train station, Matlock town is just a mile away. A 20 minute drive will get you to Chatsworth House, Bakewell and the heart of the Peak District. A pet (1 small dog) is welcome at an extra fee.
