This Guest Unit is separated and independent from main house in the back with a private entrance to the unit through the deck area for your privacy. It is a quiet residential area with total privacy. Comfortable and close by to plenty of attractions nearby, about a 15-20 min walk distance to Huntington Art Gallery, Caltech, Pasadena City College, Coffee bars, Grocery Stores and Restaurants within the area on the East side of Old Town Pasadena. I will reach out to you prior to your stay to provide you with check in instructions. A combination will be sent out to you a few days prior to your arrival to the key box to access the Unit. Originally a speakeasy in the 1930’s, we’ve maintained its character while at the same time converting the bar area into a convenient kitchenette and adding a new modern bathroom. The yard is very lush with native oaks and flowers and there is a designated area for guests. We are located 2 blocks from the main boulevard which has many shops and restaurants. Just leave the car and walk to dinner.

There's a wet-bar (NO kitchen, no hot plate & no cooking) with a microwave, mini-fridge, and filtered drinking water. Large flat-screen TV, a/c & heat, luxury Split, Firm, king size Tempurpedic bed. NO pets or young children. Although Airbnb has a policy of not disallowing service animals, I respectfully suggest you consider different accommodations.
