El alojamiento, compartido en las zonas comunes conmigo, tiene una energía tan especial que nada más entrar sentirás esa paz y alegría. Disfrutarás de una habitación y baño privado. La terraza, salón y cocina, es compartida conmigo y eventualmente con alguna hija o amiga que vienen de visita. Su ubicación y las vistas son un autentico privilegio. Puedes ir andando por todo el centro de Alicante, y disfrutar de su magnifica oferta.También contamos con paradas de autobús y Tram a 5 min a pie.

Situada a la planta baixa i contigua a la sala d'estar, aquesta habitació és ideal per a viatgers individuals. És l'única habitació que conserva les portes originals fetes de pi mobila; la resta de portes van ser cremades pels refugiats que es van refugiar durant la guerra civil. L'habitació disposa d'un armari gran, una tauleta de nit feta a mà amb fusta d'ametller de la granja familiar i, al bany, el banc del lavabo està fet de fusta de xiprer enderrocada durant la tempesta Gloria del 2018.

Rum nr 2, 28 kvm 1 trappor upp (utan hiss ) ett av våra finaste rum med med två enkelsängar sängar 90x190cm som antingen kan placeras som dubbelsäng eller var och en för sig som enkelsängar. Rummet har en liten balkong mot gatan, eget badrum med värmegolv, AC för värme och kyla. Huset är centralt beläget i Cocentaina nära, Palacio Comtal och stora torget, Plaza Vener Escuder med Mercat Municipal. Där även de lokala marknaden är varje torsdag. OBS! då råder parkering förbud från onsdag kväll.
