Ático dúplex muy luminoso con estupenda vista al icónico "Fernsehturm". Ubicación ideal en el centro histórico de la ciudad (distrito Berlin-Mitte). Desde el apartamento 1,4 km (19 min. a pie) hasta el núcleo cultural de la Isla de los Museos. a así como de la famosa Kastanienallee del barrio Prenzlauerberg y del Mauerpark.
