Downtown Casita / Guesthouse

The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained.

Casita Azul is a cozy studio guesthouse perfect for solo travelers, couples, or traveling nurses. Enjoy your own private space with a comfy bed, bathroom, and kitchenette. Conveniently located near downtown Albuquerque, hospitals, restaurants, and local breweries, this casita offers both comfort and charm, a quiet retreat close to everything you need. The kitchen includes a fridge, sink, stovetop, and toaster oven, perfect for light to full meals (please note, no full size oven).

Originally constucted circa 1900 as a farm house, La Casita has been utilized as a short term rental for the past 15 years. Featuring a private entrace and courtyard, charming decor, kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, bedroom, mini-split heating and a/c, off-street parking, local tourist information and New Mexican literature, and an array of 90’s VHS movies! La Casita is a cozy, private studio space with a queen bed and a separate bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped for simple meals. There is a loveseat, dining table with two chairs, desk, hangers and a dresser. The front porch has seating and the private back patio has a lighted pergola, dining furniture, & Sandia mountain views. Balloon Fiesta Park is nearby & balloons fly nearby year-round. Situated at the crossroads of culture & vistas! UP TO 2 DOGS WELCOME, NO CATS.

This unique place has a style all its own. Modern, BoHo, and newly renovated guest casita centrally located in downtown/Old Town area. Studio with sleeping loft and kitchenette. Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. Easily accessible to freeway. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.
