Industrial Studio: close to UW & downtown

We are excited to share with you our renovated garage studio apartment. Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with a full size oven, fridge and dishwasher. Pots, pans, cookware, and dishes are all provided. Cozy up by the gas fireplace. The bed is a queen size memory foam mattress. There is a loading zone next to it. Parking for the building is all street parking around the area.

Take a ride down Thornburgh Drive and find this cute little remodeled 1950s home located right between beautiful La Prele and Washington Parks. It is within walking distance by just a few blocks to either of the parks, the movie theater, and the University of Wyoming. Coming for a football game? You can easily walk to the stadium in just a few minutes, or enjoy any of the events that the Laramie area has to offer throughout the year.

Welcome to Lewis House! This is a newly remodeled daylight basement apartment. It is fully independent and sparkling clean. The University of Wyoming is less than a mile away. This is a great landing spot for those hoping to immerse themselves in the Laramie community.
