Forest Floor Guesthouse

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

Bennett Road Retreat

If you are looking for a home away from home where moose frequent the yard and the Aurora lights up the sky, this is it. Being just out of town affords a quiet setting and nice mountain views yet it's only a short drive to the grocery store and shopping. With a private entrance and the owner's garage between the two living spaces the guest suite offers plenty of privacy and separation. If you're looking for a peaceful get-away just 15 minutes from the Anchorage airport, you found it! Our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful trees and a creek happily running right through the backyard. The apartment entrance is off your private patio with creekside hot tub. Private entrance includes an outside seating area for morning coffee. Inside provides many amenities to make your stay comfortable.
