The house sets on 2 lots with tall Pines and gorgeous Aspens.. there is an outside barbeque area with a propane grill and picnic table. Also a game room with a beautiful pool table, corn hole and darts. Netflix is included with both televisions, roku, cable and movies to watch as well. In the loft is a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub. The decor was carefully chosen to bring a little bit of a wow factor into our place. Firewood available. There's a small herd of deer and a big fat raccoon...

Two miles from the Space Museum, 20 min from White Sands National Park, 15 min from Holloman Air Force Base and only a short 30 min drive to the beautiful village of Cloudcroft. This comfortable home offers a nice screened-in back porch with an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. Peaceful Mountain Cabin Overlooking Golf Course

If you are looking to visit Cloudcroft, Fairway Chalet is the place to stay! It's one of the few cabins with beautiful views, privacy, close to main village AND overlooks one of the highest elevation golf courses in the world. It's small, but comfortable inside. It's 50 years old so it's not perfect, a little rustic, the deck DOES need new paint, but we try to keep it updated & as clean as possible. There are stairs inside and outside. We love it and hope you will too!

The home has a very large outdoor porch facing west where amazing New Mexico sunsets are very common with seating for 14. Two separate living areas with plenty of seating. It has a large kitchen and the back porch has a BBQ grill.
