This 1940s cottage offers all the modern conveniences of a contemporary home. The bedrooms are spacious with walk-in closets, and the beds features plush Egyptian cotton sheets. The bathroom has a deep tub and a double vanity. The living room features a 60-inch 4k television with my Netflix, Max, and YouTube TV accounts logged in and ready for your screening pleasure. Close to Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park, Micanopy's unique downtown and a short easy drive to UF campus. North of Micanopy on Highway 441 across from Lake Wauberg. A common private driveway from the highway leads up to our two story home and two story detached garage. Uber not a good option. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers; and great for Gator friends and fans. Smoke free and no pets please.
