Grove Park is a leafy enclave tucked away in Toxteth, next to the Georgian Quarter. 5 minutes from town and the famous Sefton Park. On nearby Lark Lane there are a plethora of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy. The annexe has a bed that can be used as a super king or it unzips into two single beds. There is an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette and a private walled garden for eating/drinking. TV and wifi are provided. Off street parking and home cooked meals are available.

Victorian villa with private garden basement flat.

Our large Victorian house is in a quiet leafy road in South Liverpool It contains a comfortable basement flat, with a separate and private entrance. You can also park directly outside. It is only a ten minute taxi ride from Liverpool airport and on direct bus and train routes ( 10 minutes ) into the city centre. Sefton park is close by, as is Lark Lane , with a range of vibrant cafes and restaurants We live close to Grassendale park and it's only a 10 minute walk to the river Mersey.

Quirky Musician's Studio Flat in lovely location

I'm opening my little creative oasis for visitors, while I am spending time away from home. The bright and cosy space is on the first floor of a characterful old building, across the road from Sefton Park and surrounded by trees, offering a comfortable stay. I have quite a collection of musical instruments, some more precious than others - if you want to play any of them please just ask me first. This beautifully stylish apartment finds itself in the leafy Sefton park location, which is approximately 2.5miles from the city centre. The building dates back to the 1850’s and has lots of original period Victorian features.
