Welcome to Santa Fe! This charming studio cottage and my home share the property in this quiet residential neighborhood. The cottage is full of Santa Fe charm with a cozy, pretty interior, skylights and lots of natural light, a fully-stocked kitchen corner, handmade cabinets, Mexican tile, one comfy queen-sized bed, and a private garden patio. It's a quiet haven but centrally located, just 2 miles from the Plaza/downtown. It's a lovely place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Curated with vintage touches, luxury linens, and everything you need to relax and rejuvenate near the magical Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Just 8 mins from Meow Wolf and 14 mins from The Plaza, but surrounded by nature with a country feel. Amazing 360° views over Santa Fe & the Rio Grande Valley. Only 3 miles to the historic plaza & a quarter mile to a beautiful bike path. Close to the art experience Meow Wolf! Solar Hot tub is open year round. Yoga deck. Bike rental to the responsible. Composting toilet. Laundry area in the shared solar Bathhouse. Full bed & stocked kitchenette. A bit funky, but friendly community. Several trailers nearby, but separated by small piñon trees. Camper is not high end, but sustainable and soulful.

Southside Retreat

Quiet suite on the southside of Santa Fe designed for relaxation. Located in Southside near 599 & 20 minutes away from the Plaza. Main room is studio style with small living area, Queen sized bed and eating/work area. Kitchen area with everything a coffee or tea lover wants—microwave, water kettle, drip coffee maker, air fryer, and small fridge with a freezer. Walk in shower & natural light in bathroom. The suite is part of our house with a shared wall, but has its own entrance & patio.

Blue Skies Studio

You'll love staying in one of our cities' most interesting neighborhoods. We are are centrally located in a local arts neighborhood, just 1.8 miles from the plaza and not far from Meow Wolf & main museums. If you want to stay in the touristy historic district-- not us. Also, no TV; but stream on 300 MPS wifi. Your super clean, elegant room, full of eclectic art, has a comfy king size bed, full kitchen, fridge, couch, table & private deck-- perfect for catching exquisite sunset views.

Cozy Studio with Big Skies and Junipers

The French doors to your beautifully-appointed suite with sitting area and comfy bed open out to a rural setting that is so quiet! You will enjoy stunning views of the desert expanse to the south and pine-studded mountains to the north. Watch those famous New Mexico sunsets after a day of activity in historic downtown Santa Fe, just 20 minutes away. Close to hiking, outdoor adventures, fine restaurants, museums, sightseeing, cultural activities and all the magic New Mexico has to offer.

Magical Modern Vanlife- Santa Fe arts district

This is a cozy and beautiful space walking distance to restaurants and galleries. The van has everything you need and is decorated with modern Santa Fe touches. The van is insulated and has a warm heater for the winter months. *We are built a ADU in the backyard, and have added some updated photos. The van is parked in our backyard with a porch for watching the sunset, an outdoor grill and fire pit. You have private access to bathroom, shower and laundry room in the main house.

Peacock Palace

Stay in our recently renovated, lovingly furnished, beautiful adobe on a Tree Farm and take in the clean air and mountain vistas on our front porch. Our home has a full kitchen wit fridge,oven,cooktop,microwave, coffee maker. Two bedrooms each with Comfy Queen beds with all cotton bedding. Full bath has shower/tub. High speed internet/WiFi. All just 5 miles from the Santa Fe plaza, great restaurants, shopping and hiking. Beautiful walks from the farm, Mins from SF river trail.

Situated southwest of the city on 2.5 acres with 360 degree views. Great sky watching. Close to Santa Fe Ski Basin, Hyde Park and other outdoor sites. 7 miles from the Plaza and Canyon Road, 10 miles to the Santa Fe Opera, 60 miles from Albuquerque. Easy access to the 599 Bypass.

Walking distance to of all your needs. There are a few restaurants & a bar with live music, a coffeehouse and 20 or so galleries & shops all around you.
