Two bedroom flat near the sea

The flat is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. There are many games, puzzles and books for children of different ages. The flat has underfloor heating. It is regulated to 21 C and works day and night the same temperature. There is all the time hot water. If you want to use the fireplace, you can either bring your own wood or use mine, l charge 5€/basket.

Από τη βεράντα του καταλύματος και την όμορφη καταπράσινη αυλή του θα απολαμβάνετε το πρωϊνό ή το γεύμα σας ατενίζοντας τη θάλασσα και ταυτόχρονα το μαγευτικό Πήλιο, με τον ήχο των αηδονιών και του νερού που τρέχει στο ρέμα μας. Εκτός από τις παραλίες της Αγριάς όπου αρκετοί κάνουν το καθημερινό τους μπάνιο, σε κοντινές αποστάσεις υπάρχουν όμορφες παραλίες και φανταστικές διαδρομές για πεζοπορία στο Πήλιο.

On the ground floor there are an open space living room with fire place, the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and panoramic see view. The third bedroom has two single beds and garden view.
