All seasons Suite located very close to the city centre and Saint George Beach, really spacious and comfortable, according to the cycladic style decoration with plenty facilities. Due to the Corona Virus pandemic our main aim is the health and safety of our guests. For that reason, as hosts we have attending on an 8-hour seminar in order to be prepared and informed about the measures to offer the safer accommodation to our guests. DownTownVilla is a house located at the heart of the old town of Naxos, 10’ walk from ferry, 5’ walk to Aghios Georgios beach. Additionally, convenient stores are all around. A 10’ walk takes you to the bus stop and gives you the opportunity to visit all isolated beaches and the traditional villages of the island. The house is spread over 3 floors with the total of 140sq.m. There are outdoor terraces on 2 different levels with excellent sea view. And also there is a close parking area.

Our house is located right in the center of Naxos town, in the beginning of the old town of Naxos and less than 100m away from the Venetian Castle of Naxos. Everything happening in Naxos town is within walking distance, with many shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets being less than 300m away from the propery. We are about 600m away from the closest beach which is called Saint George, we are about 700m away from the port of Naxos and 5km away from the airport of Naxos island.

You are in the center and beach of Ag. George in 5 min by bike, motorcycle or car. In 12 min (by car) you are on the beaches of Ag. Prokopiou & Ag. Anna. For better travel it is advisable to have a means of transport. The distance from the center is 30-35 minutes by foot. There is a free parking space.

Villa Katerina is a double floor house 62sq.At the first floor there is one living room with kitchen and two single beds .at the second floor there is one bedroom and one big bathroom.There is one big yard 100sq two balconies.The house has amazing sea view from all the floors .It can accommodate up to 4 persons.Also we have barque and hammock.The distance from the sea is 200 meters and the beaches is Placa beach Orkos beach and Mikrivigla Beach
