Baby Blue Houseboat

Baby Blue is a Norwegian Lifeboat that got converted into a Houseboat. She used to sail the seven seas on a ship from Valleta on an island called Malta from Italy. There is only one of her kind. She sleeps in the Umtamvuna Nature Reserve on the Mtamvuna river bordering the Eastern Cape and Kwazulu Natal. She's got a King Size bed in the bow, a two plate gas stove, 12v geyser outdoor shower and fully functioning toilet. A solar panel for lights & to charge phones, with a Tandem Kayak to explore.

Sweet Home Cottage

This space is a not so small two bedroomed cosy cottage, with two beds in each bedroom , a bathroom (shower & toilet) and an open plan TV - kitchenette room. There are two entrances to the bathroom, one from bedroom 1 and the other from bedroom 2. Both rooms have 2 three quarter beds each making a total of 4 beds. There's also a single folding bed to be used when need for a fifth bed is needed. The cottage is part of Sweet Home but has a separate entrance.

Spend your days fishing, swimming in the river, chilling on the beach or taking in the spectacular views from our deck! Set in an extensive subtropical garden with a huge pool, it is a getaway destination in itself but is also close to amenities, numerous leisure activities and only two kilometres from the beautiful main beach. The pool area has two built-in braais and portable braais are also available for guests' use anywhere in the garden.
