Shepherds Hut View

Our handcrafted shepherds hut is set in its own idyllic secluded spot along the Mawddach estuary opposite the Cader Idris mountain range offering total peace and tranquillity. It has an open plan living space with a lovely cosy double bed a well equipped kitchen, table and chairs plus an en suite shower room. Outside there is a sitting area with a fire-pit/BBQ and steps which lead down to your own path onto the estuary foreshore from where you are welcome to explore our many acres of land.

Sea Breeze Apartment is a beautifully presented and recently refurbished ground floor apartment with sea views and an outside seating area. It’s one of just 4 apartments in a recently renovated Victorian building on the sea front. Ideally situated in the heart of Barmouth with parking outside, Sea Breeze has a double bedroom with a king size bed, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a good size lounge with a feature bay window and seating from which to enjoy the lovely views.

Snowdonia lakeside cabin

Our Lakeside Cabin is a back to basic off grid cabin that sits on the shore of Trawsfynydd lake. Ideal location for walking, cycling and fly fishing (permit needed). I’m afraid there’s no swimming or inflatables allowed on the lake only hard bottomed boats/canoes/kayaks. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and small families (with kids). You have your own private bathroom in a separate toilet block, including a toilet, sink, shower, hot water and heating.

This first floor Victorian apartment has a great view of Barmouth coast, it is comfortable and spacious for up to 4 people with typical high ceilings and decorative cast iron fire places. The lounge is 21ft by 14ft to the fire place. Free WiFi, Smart, Nano TV Alexa and DVD’s are available with a few books and a quiz game. The fully fitted kitchen also comes with an air fryer, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. A tea towel and washing up liquid are provided.

Located on a biodiverse, working farm in Eryri National Park, our comfortable, homemade Shepherdess Hut sits alongside Afon Nanmor (River), with the bathroom a two minute walk away. 10 minutes drive from Beddgelert, 15 minutes from the Watkin Path up Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) or 20minutes from the beach. Look out for views of Cnicht, Yr Wyddfa, the kingfisher and the Osprey
