This century home in downtown North Bay is in walking distance to Lake Nipissing waterfront boasting the best sunsets in Ontario. The suite has 2 bedrooms with a king bed and queen bed. A double futon is in the open concept kitchen that overlooks the indoor PRIVATE pool and hot tub. The pool is exclusive to guests using the suite. Tenants who live above do not have access to the suite, yard or pool. Enjoy the large yard with a deck, patio furniture and a BBQ.

This spacious place to stay is a perfect home away from home. Great for the business travelers and long term stays. It is on the main level with plenty of natural light, Queen size bed, private entrance, private parking, washer/dryer and kitchenette. We wash all linens, bedding (all blankets), mattress/pillow/couch protectors, towels and kitchen towels between guests. We are located 3mins away from all amenities.
